BBL Hero (BROADBAND LIGHT)
At Med44, we offer the legendary Sciton mJOULE platform that offers broadband light (BBL) and enhanced High Energy Rapid Output (HERO) technology. This allows our clinical providers to treat visible signs of aging on the face and body, with precision and comfort. BBL treatments are incredible for addressing acne (BBL Clear), sun spots and uneven skin tone, and facial vessels. Patients should refrain from direct sun exposure for two weeks prior to treatment. After a BBL appointment, patients will gradually see improved skin tone, texture and fullness.
IPL (Intense Pulse Light – FotoFacial, Photofacial)
At Med 44, our IPL technology effectively targets and treats a variety of skin concerns, including sun damage, age spots, and uneven skin tone. This non-invasive procedure stimulates collagen production, leaving your skin clearer, smoother, and more youthful.
Moxi Laser
Our Sciton mJOULE laser offers a gentle fractionated laser treatment called Moxi. This treatment is designed to effectively treat visible signs of aging with minimal downtime. Within one to three Moxi treatments, patients achieve a more even skin tone and radiant complexion. Moxi addresses fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, melasma, acne and acne scarring. Moxi can be used on the face, neck, chest, arms, legs, and abdomen to improve skin quality.
Vivace RF MicroNeedling
Vivace is the newest generation of RF (Radio Frequency) microneedling. It stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin in the skin by combining radio frequency energy with microneedling. Vivace treats fine lines, wrinkles, and acne, while improving the overall tone and texture of the skin. It is a safe and effective skin rejuvenation treatment for the face, neck, decolletage, hands, arms, knees and buttocks. Sofwave Ultrasound Lifting
Sofwave Ultrasound is the latest device to receive FDA approval for lifting and tightening the skin. It delivers Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam SUPERB™ technology in a comfortable one-hour appointment. Sofwave improves skin quality by reducing fine lines and wrinkles and lifts the eyebrows, neck, and submental (under the chin) area. For the body, Sofwave is FDA approved for the treatment of cellulite. In addition to the face and neck, Sofwave is used for skin tightening of the abdomen, knees, thighs and buttock.
Laser hair reduction
At Med44, we offer full body laser hair reduction using our mJOULE BBL Bare platform. Laser hair reduction is a comfortable 30-60 minute appointment depending on the areas being treated. Most patients require five to eight sessions of laser hair reduction and may need one to two maintenance sessions a year to maintain results. A consultation with one of our providers is required prior to first treatment to create a customized treatment plan that is right for your skin type.
