Cancellation Policy
At Med44, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we have established the following cancellation policy.
24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $100.
Multiple Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel appointments without sufficient notice may be required to provide a deposit for future bookings.
